The method
How it works
Yogya Prep doesn't teach. It helps you organise, track, evaluate and improve the preparation you're already doing.
From syllabus to next step
Step 1: Pick your exam
Choose the exam you're preparing for and its full syllabus appears automatically, organised as subjects, chapters and topics.
Step 2: Mark progress and confidence
Mark each topic Not Started, In Progress or Completed, then rate your confidence as Low, Medium or High. Two taps, no typing.
Step 3: Yogya analyses your preparation
It looks at completion, confidence, revision history, your exam date and how important each topic is.
Step 4: Know what to do next
See what to study next, what to revise now and where to focus. Recommendations change as you update your progress.
Tracking, then confidence
Every exam has a shared syllabus built from subjects, chapters, topics and subtopics. You mark the smallest items as Not Started, In Progress or Completed. Bigger items such as a chapter or subject show their status automatically, and you can mark everything under one in a single step.
You also rate your confidence as Low, Medium or High. A chapter doesn't get a single score. It shows the spread, for example “3 High, 1 Medium, 2 Low”, so a topic that needs revision can't hide inside an average.
Yaad Rakhna: note what trips you up
Confidence says how sure you feel. A note says exactly what went astray.
When a topic trips you up, add one line to it. For example, on BCNF: “Confused 3NF with BCNF”. It takes about ten seconds, right in the topic's sheet.
The next time that topic is due, Yogya shows your note beside it and asks “Still a problem?”. Say it's fixed twice in a row and the note is resolved. Say it still is, and the topic moves up your revise list. In the last days before your exam, Final Revision walks you through every note you've written.
Log your mocks
Take mocks anywhere. Log the score in a minute, tag where marks went, and Yogya moves those topics up your revision list.
From confidence to recommendations
Yogya combines your completion, your confidence, when you last revised, your exam date and how important each topic is. It then suggests two lists:
- Study next: topics you haven't finished, with those already in progress and more important ones first.
- Revise now: completed topics where confidence is low or a revision is due. Lower confidence means sooner revision, and the closer your exam, the more urgent it gets.
Each suggestion says why it's there, and the lists change as you update your progress.
An example
The 80% problem: finished doesn't mean ready.
- High confidence 40%
- Medium confidence 25%
- Low confidence 15%
- Unfinished 20%
You've studied 80% of your syllabus, but 15% needs focused revision. Start with DBMS Normalization and Computer Networks.
Your register is ready when you are.
Pick your exam, mark what you've already covered, and Yogya shows you where to focus next.
